Artificial Intelligence Data Scientist
The role of a Data Scientist and AI is pivotal in enabling clients to derive significant value from information assets.
You will drive growth by developing new and existing client relationships and deliver first-class customer experience on high-profile engagements.
The team serves as trusted advisors to embed innovative data analytics solutions into business areas and transform data into strategic assets.
The role involves working across industries and may impact reporting policies and governance during transformational and regulatory changes.
The role can be located in offices across the Republic of Ireland, with availability to work across assurance, consulting, law, strategy, tax and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Big Data Analysis: analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights, identify trends, patterns and anomalies to inform business strategies.
* Statistical Modeling: apply statistical techniques to extract insights, build predictive models, interpret data, and support data-driven decision making.
* Machine Learning and AI Model End-to-End Management: build and manage the full lifecycle of ML models including development, validation, deployment, and monitoring in production environments.
* Collaboration: work with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deploy advanced ML models aligned with business objectives and client operations.
* Communication: effectively communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders, translating data-driven insights into business language.
* Continuous Learning: stay informed of the latest advancements in data science to keep the team at the cutting edge.
Qualifications:
* Experience: 3 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning or deep learning models in real-world applications.
* Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and deep learning frameworks such as Tensor Flow and PyTorch.
* Programming: Solid experience in Python and SQL.
* Experience with R is a nice-to-have.
* ML and AI: Practical experience using ML modeling libraries like Scikit-Learn, Keras, Tensor Flow, PyTorch and similar.
* Generative AI: Some hands-on experience with large language models for prompt engineering or agents is preferred.
* Cloud Expertise: Experience building, deploying and monitoring models on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP is preferred.
* Foundational Knowledge: Strong foundation in statistics, mathematics, AI principles and programming.
* Ideally, you will also have Problem-Solving: Ability to translate business assumptions into feature engineering and model explainability to address business problems with data-driven solutions.
* Collaborative Development: Ability to work with senior data scientists and solution architects to build models aligned with strategic visions and client needs.
* Data Pipeline Management: Ability to design, implement, and maintain data pipelines critical for model training and deployment.
