Detailed Job Description (Roles & Responsibilities)Lead end-to-end implementation and support activities for IFS Cloud, specifically in Project Management and Document Management modules.Drive solution design, conduct requirement workshops, and translate business needs into system configurations and functional specifications.Provide expert guidance on IFS Cloud best practices, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.Manage stakeholder communication, present solutions, and handle client expectations in a client-facing environment.Identify gaps, propose enhancements, and support customizations in coordination with technical teams.Lead the project track, manage functional streams, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.Conduct user training, UAT support, issue resolution, and documentation of functional processes.Work closely with Telecom domain teams to align IFS Cloud functionalities with industry-specific business processes.Provide ongoing production support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvements.Experience RequirementsTotal Experience: 8+ yearsRelevant Experience: 8+ years in IFS Cloud with strong expertise in Project Management and Document ManagementMandatory SkillsIFS Cloud – Project ManagementIFS Cloud – Document Management
