In this role, the Claims Advisor will be responsible for handling salary protection, specified illness and death claims in a manner which is efficient, effective, compliant and with a customer first ethos in mind. The role holder will also be a proficient administrator with excellent time management and organisational skills.Claims Advisors provide valuable support and assistance to Cornmarket’s customers. This role will involve dealing with vulnerable customers and difficult circumstances which requires empathy, compassion, and consideration. Any appointment will be conditional on the company being satisfied that the appointee meets the requirements as set out in the Fitness and Probity standards issued by the Central Bank.
