Job Description:
The Business Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the organization. This involves arranging travel for field personnel, working closely with them and managers to arrange and communicate travel plans, and acting as a point of contact for queries on travel, project briefings, and operations processes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to maintain accurate databases, systems, and records, and possess proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Requirements:
* A third-level qualification or equivalent experience
* Proactive self-starter with excellent time management skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Key Responsibilities:
1. Arrange travel for field personnel in a timely manner
2. Work closely with field personnel and managers to arrange and communicate travel plans
3. Act as point of contact for queries on travel, project briefings, and operations processes
4. Maintain databases, systems, and records
5. Process travel invoices and expenses
