Payroll Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Process payroll for clients in a timely and accurate manner.
* Verify timesheets for accuracy and ensure all necessary information is recorded.
* Enter data into databases and spreadsheets with precision and attention to detail.
* Handle direct deposit requests and data processing with efficiency.
* Process paper checks for distribution and obtain required signatures.
* Making adjustments in pay for raises, bonuses, and commissions as needed.
