Additionally, you will be responsible for training junior kitchen staff, monitoring their performance and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience as a chef or culinary qualification;
* HACCP training;
* Acknowledgement of the pivotal purpose of health and safety protocols in a hotel environment;
* Possess excellent people skills;
* Demonstrate attention to detail when delivering customer care standards;
