Reporting to theDeputy General Manager, you will shape strategy, elevate standards, and champion a culture of excellence across every touchpoint of the guest journey.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the strategic and operational management of all Rooms Division departments in alignment with Adare Manor's luxury brand standards, Forbes, and LHW requirements.Drive service excellence through continuous quality improvement, guest feedback analysis, and hands-on leadership.Develop and manage departmental budgets and KPIs, optimising performance, productivity, and profitability.Collaborate closely with Engineering and Facilities to ensure all rooms, guest areas, and team accommodations are maintained to the highest standards.Oversee the Boutique, both onsite and online, to maximise retail opportunities and enhance the guest experience.Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of care, respect, and professional growth.Partner with HR and senior leaders on recruitment, training, and career development, ensuring every team member reaches their potential.Lead by example, embodying Adare Manor's values and ensuring the delivery of warm, intuitive, and professional guest service at every level.Who You AreWe are looking for adynamic, visionary hospitality leaderwho thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and is passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences.You will thrive in this role if you have:Extensive leadership experience within a luxury hotel or resort, ideally at Director of Rooms or senior Rooms Division level.Proven expertise in front-of-house, housekeeping, and guest experience operations.Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills, as you inspire and motivate those around you.A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and genuine passion for people, service, and excellence.Why Join Adare Manor?At Adare Manor, we believe in exceptional experiences, not just for our guests but for our team too.
