This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Solid Waste Management Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
* The safe and efficient operation and maintenance of all plant equipment is crucial for the success of our operations. Regular monitoring, controlling traffic, and inspecting for abnormal operations are essential duties that require your attention.
* You will be responsible for operating and inspecting equipment, recording data, reporting accidents, equipment damage, malfunctions or trends which indicate possible trouble. Your proactive approach will help us identify potential issues before they escalate into major problems.
* Maintenance tasks such as performing PM maintenance tasks and assisting with equipment repairs are also part of your responsibilities. You will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure that our equipment is always in good working condition.
* Your role may involve operating on a picking line where you will need to monitor processes efficiently and make adjustments as necessary to optimize production.
* Cleanliness is next to godliness! As part of this role, you will sweep and clean floors, roadways, paved areas of the site regularly ensuring that our facilities remain tidy at all times.
The position requires teamwork so we need someone who can support other groups effectively when required. While this job may demand overtime occasionally due unusual circumstances or large scale overhauls incidentally lasting longer than expected it still offers great opportunities personal growth professional development while making valuable contributions organization.
