Warehouse SupervisorAs the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations by undertaking all tasks relating to inventory Management. You will have responsibility for all dispatches, including timely truck scheduling supporting on-site installations. You will work closely with senior staff and interact with all staff in ensuring that the day to day operations run smoothly.Reporting ToService Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all on-site installations are prepared the night before.Ensure that all transactions are performed in advance of these shipments.Support the schedule for all on-site installations.Managing all receipt transactions.Manage all put-away transactions.Ensure all paperwork is filed and easily retrieved.Perform warehousing duties ensuring 100% stock accuracy.Manage all audits on behalf of the Warehouse.Ensure that re-order point planning is maintained and up-to-date.Qualifications/ExperienceEssentialMinimum of 3 year of experience in a busy warehouse / shipping environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.Comfortable meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and numerical accuracy.Problem-solving abilities and a flexible approach to work.Proven ability to engage and collaborate with team members.A Forklift License is essential.DesirableFamiliar with an ERP Software environment.Knowledge of Pegasus Accounting Software.Job Type: Full-timeSalary €35,000 per annumBenefits:On-site parkingSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Leaving Certificate (required)Experience:Administrative: 1 year (required)Language:Fluent English (required)Work Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: From €35,000.00 per yearBenefits:On-site parkingLanguage:Fluent English (required)Licence/Certification:Forklift Licence (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
