Knowledge Lawyer – Finance & Capital Markets | Dublin | International Firm
BCL Legal is working with a leading international firm with a strong cross‑border finance and capital markets practice, currently looking to hire a Knowledge Lawyer into its Dublin team.
This is a newly created role supporting a high‑performing Finance & Capital Markets group with a particular focus on structured finance and securitisation. The position offers close partner engagement, meaningful input into know‑how strategy, and the opportunity to shape training and knowledge delivery across a busy, technically strong practice.
Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining precedents, know‑how and practice resources
Monitoring Irish and EU legal and regulatory developments and producing impact updates
Supporting knowledge systems and document automation projects
Delivering and coordinating internal legal training
Assisting with client‑facing briefings, guides and thought leadership
Working closely with partners and senior lawyers on technical and training initiatives
Practice Coverage
Banking & finance, debt capital markets, structured finance, securitisation, fund finance, private credit, structured products, derivatives and related regulatory areas.
Candidate Profile
Qualified solicitor or barrister (Ireland, Northern Ireland, or England & Wales)
Typically 4+ years' PQE
Background in finance, capital markets, structured finance, securitisation, or related corporate/financial services work
Strong technical drafting and research skillsInterest in knowledge, training, and legal tech/AI tools is advantageous
