We're looking for a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. About The Role
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage a designated kitchen section, ensuring consistency in food quality, preparation, and presentation
* Assist in the planning, preparation, and delivery of high-volume food service across multiple outlets
* Mentor, support, and train junior kitchen staff
* Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and safety, ensuring full HACCP and Health & Safety compliance
* Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years' experience at Chef de Partie level in a busy, high-volume kitchen
* A passion for showcasing local Kerry produce and delivering exceptional food
* Strong knowledge of modern food trends, kitchen operations, and plating standards
* Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to take initiative, stay organised, and remain calm under pressure
