About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our digital and IT transformation strategy. As a key executive, you will define and execute an IT and digital strategy that aligns with business objectives and supports long-term growth. You will also oversee business-wide digital transformation initiatives, ensuring they deliver measurable improvements.

Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years' senior leadership experience in IT, preferably as a head of IT or CIO level for a small-to-medium-sized organisation.
* Proven track record in leading digital transformation and innovation initiatives at a strategic level.
* SIGNIFICANT experience managing ERP systems, enterprise architecture, and cloud platforms.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
* Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity, governance, and compliance.
Desirable Skills:
* Familiarity with data analytics, AI, and automation technologies.
* Experience working across international jurisdictions with a willingness to travel.
* Prior experience in performance-driven, commercially-focused environments with strong innovation cultures.
Education:
A Masters degree in Operations Management, IT, or a related field is desirable. Recognised certifications in IT governance, security, or digital transformation are an advantage.
Working Hours & Benefits:
This role will be based on-site, with some hybrid work arrangements after six months. A comprehensive benefits package, including pension, bonus, and life assurance, will be offered.
