The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales within the facilities management industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the facilities management sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Business Development Manager role, ideally in the Facility Management sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of the facilities industry is a plus.
