The venue is known for fresh, seasonal food and a high-volume daytime service. The group has multiple sites and a clear focus on developing people internally over the long term.The roleThe Chef de Partie will take ownership of a designated section of the kitchen, working alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain food quality and service standards across a busy daytime operation. Hours run Monday to Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm and Friday to Sunday 8:00am-5:00pm, approximately 39 hours per week after breaks, with weekends rotated across the team.
