Job Description
As a Behavioural Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing advanced behavioural support and intervention strategies for children with intellectual disabilities, autism, and complex behavioural needs.
* Develop and implement individualized behaviour support plans (BSPs) based on assessments.
* Use evidence-based practices (e.g., Positive Behaviour Support, ABA) to manage behaviours of concern.
* Provide guidance and supervision to behavioural specialists and care staff.
* Lead training sessions on deescalation techniques, trauma-informed care, and proactive strategies.
This role is designed to improve quality of life, independence, and social integration for children in our care.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of positive behaviour support principles and evidence-based practices.
