Due to growth within Fenergo, we have an opportunity for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team.
Working closely with our Talent Team and the People Team, this role will have responsibility for meeting the recruitment needs of our industry-leading teams (Client Services/Customer Success/Product and Engineering/Operations) at a global level across Fenergo.
This role will involve 360 recruitment processes including (but not limited to) drafting job specs, posting reqs, sourcing, pipelining, screening, interviewing, advising hiring managers, offers, driving efficiencies, advising on best practices, reporting and a range of exciting talent projects to bring in the best people!
Please note that this role is a 12-month fixed term contract.
What does this role entail? Develop knowledge of our product, internal teams and industry to effectively target recruitment efforts in a cost-effective, efficient manner that attracts the best talentDevelop innovative, creative and proactive recruitment strategies to meet the business needs of each areaWork with hiring teams to advise and educate about the market, recruitment processes and best practicesEnsuring team SLAs are met and ensuring an exceptional candidate experienceSourcing internal and external talent to meet gaps for business-critical rolesProactively manage a high number of open positionsActing as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on all aspects of recruitmentProactively pipelining and building talent network360 recruitment - source, screen, interview and select and secure top candidatesSupporting employer branding efforts, developing content and suggesting initiativesSupporting People Partners managing budgets/benchmarking for rolesStaying current on all areas of talentAdditional recruitment and people projects as required (employer branding/process improvement etc.
)Desired Experience Experience working at a scaling enterprise SaaS firmMinimum 3-5 years' experience recruiting across Client Services, Customer Success, Engineering and Ops Roles.
