Group Description
The Precision Signal Chain Group develops next-generation precision sensing and signal conditioning ICs for a broad range of industrial and instrumentation markets.
The group also focuses on Scientific Instruments, transforming molecules into insights for applications such as food safety, air and water quality, drug discovery and development, and genetic sciences.
As real-world analog signal processing advances, demand for ultra-high precision signal conditioning solutions grows.
The team merges cutting-edge process technologies with advanced IC design techniques.
Responsibilities
Break down system level requirements into design specifications, architecture and design of analog signal chains & subsystems.
Transistor-level circuit design and simulation.
Work with Wafer Fab to understand & develop process capabilities.
Leverage existing designs to meet new specifications.
Oversee and support analog and digital layout.
Collaborate with engineers distributed worldwide.
Support board design, lab evaluation and test to ensure successful delivery meeting key requirements.
Requirements and Minimum Qualifications
Excellent knowledge of analog and mixed-signal circuit design, tools, and flows.
Experience with stability of feedback systems and compensation techniques.
Experience in bipolar circuit design and/or high-speed amplifiers (preferred).
Knowledge of precision metrics such as mismatch, noise & linearity (preferred).
Design experience in amplifier circuits, DACs, ADCs, bandgaps, or bias circuits (preferred).
MS or PhD in EE/ECE with a focus on analog/mixed-signal design and 3+ years of relevant industry experience.

Strong presentation and technical documentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Self-motivated, thorough, autonomous, and driven to continually improve.
Export Licensing
