About the Role
This position involves technical maintenance services in critical client environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Daily site inspections of Mechanical & Engineering systems and technical equipment, including servicing and maintenance.
* Ensure a safe work environment by monitoring environmental conditions.
* React to Building Management System alarms and complete emergency repairs as needed.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1-2 years of job-related experience with training in a Technical discipline or an equivalent apprenticeship.
* In lieu of a diploma, relevant combination of education and experience will be considered.
