HR Assistant Job Description
CPL is seeking candidates with interest or experience in HR Administration, particularly in East and North Cork. This role involves working within our internal system to input and update candidate data.
* Core hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
* Fully onsite: 5 days a week
Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring required documentation is received and processed on time. This includes regular checks and audits to guarantee data accuracy and compliance.
* Pass information to internal payroll and support weekly/monthly processes
* Collate and format reports as requested by management
* Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including developing training systems and procedures
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in HR Administration or similar roles, who possess the following skills:
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience using internal systems, CRM or HR training programs
* Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail essential for this role
