Temporary Customer Experience Agent

* Immediate Start - Monday 15th September
* 3-4 Days onsite - Hybrid model - €15.38p/h - Weekly pay
* Initially 3 week contract with view for extension or permanency

We're on the lookout for a Temporary Customer Experience Agent to join our clients team, where they're all about providing an outstanding experience for both their team and customers. As a part of the Customer Experience Team, your mission is to tackle customer issues with empathy and friendliness, whether it's over the phone or through email. Your success is measured by ensuring customers feel their queries or issues are fully resolved before closing their case—metrics that directly tie into your performance and success.

Roles Responsibilities:

* Handle various customer queries via phone and email, such as phone amendments, account access requests, closure requests, and other ad hoc queries.
* Be the friendly face and first point of contact for their customers, making sure they have a positive experience.
* Follow their internal processes and procedures when working on customer queries.
* Own, document, and resolve customer issues, keeping track of why customers contacted them and how you resolved their concerns.

* Enjoy interacting with people and have strong customer relationship-building skills.

* Comfortable using technology systems to update customer records accurately and efficiently, following automated workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

* Proven track record in customer service in a financial services environment or similar.

* Exceptional customer service ethic.

* Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Target-driven with a keen appreciation for daily targets.

* Highly proactive and self-starting, while also thriving in a team environment.

* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with well-developed skills in understanding and addressing customer needs.

* Confidence in navigating different systems and technologies.

Remuneration Package

* €15.38p/h
* 40-hour work week - paid weekly
