What You Will Do
The selected candidate will oversee the development and improvement of enterprise sales planning solutions. This role entails leading cross-functional teams to enhance commercial planning, quota setting, territory management, and sales capacity.
The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that Anaplan solutions meet enterprise goals. They will be responsible for developing scalable models aligned with global templates and best practices.
The Sales Planning Solutions Leader will manage project delivery lifecycle including backlog grooming, sprint planning testing release change management communication data security access controls compliance in all models work integration teams manage data flows systems Snowflake Salesforce One Stream Workday Callidus enable users create documentation training run enablement sessions monitor adoption continuously improve platform provide thought leadership on Center of Excellence CoE practices model lifecycle governance internal capability building
