Your Key Duties and Responsibilities
* To encourage guest feedback through personal contact with customers and staff.
* To implement and maintain training within our teams.
* Availability for morning, evening, weekday and weekend shifts is required due to business demand.
* Assist other managers with interviewing, recruitment and running of departments.
* Coach and train new employees to ensure everyone feels confident in their new roles.
* Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts or complaints smoothly.
* To operate to the standards as outlined in SOP Manuals.
* To be fully compliant with HACCP.
* Oversee day to day operations of the hotel, to ensure standards are set and achieved on a consistent basis.
* To provide a friendly and efficient service.
Requirements
* 1-2 years experience in a supervisory and/or managerial role in hotels is essential.
* Standards Driven; particularly in Food & Beverage.
* Strong desire to progress and develop your career in hotels.
* People leadership and motivation experience.
* Proven ability to develop talented employees.
* Flexibility to relocate within departments in the hotel.
