We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join a multinational manufacturing organisation.
This will be a
23-month contract
with good scope for extension based fully onsite in
East Cork
.
This is a senior role and will support high-volume recruitment, stakeholder management, and driving processes.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for attracting top talent and developing a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings.
Recruitment will be focused on a specific team/function or other areas as assigned.
Proactively identify, source and manage talent pools aligned to business priorities.
Manage open job requisitions, update and manage SmartRecruiters, achieve recruiting metrics, and report key accomplishments.
Compile and communicate industry overviews, market trends, data and analytics to team members and business leaders.
Partner with team members to develop sourcing strategies and providing talent for open positions.
Prepare and approve offer packages, providing equity and market competitiveness data.
Ensure compliance to employment laws, policies and procedures, and tracking and reporting metrics.
Establish a true partnership with hiring managers and leadership on all staffing related activities and issues.
Requirements
5+ years experience in Talent Acquisition, In-House Recruitment, or high-volume Agency.
Pharmaceutical/ Manufacturing / Engineering industry recruitment experience is strongly preferred.
Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience.
Strong business presence and the ability to instil confidence in clients and to deliver results.
