About the Company
Our client is a leading specialist in residential and commercial fire sprinkler systems, with an established presence in the UK and Ireland. Due to continued project growth, they are expanding their site delivery team and hiring a
Junior Site Supervisor
to support installation activities on live projects across the Dublin/Leinster area.
The Role
This is a hands-on, site-based support role. You will shadow the Site Supervisor and assist with the day-to-day operations on active construction sites.
* Support and shadow the Site Supervisor daily
* Assist with coordinating installation activities
* Be onsite during installation to monitor progress and safety
* Check material deliveries to ensure quantities and items match what was ordered
* Ensure equipment and materials are stored properly and securely
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and delivery drivers
* Support site safety and ensure compliance with H&S procedures
* Assist with basic site documentation (e.g., daily logs, delivery dockets)
Ideal Profile
* Mechanical background — either through qualification
or
hands-on mechanical experience
* Comfortable reading or interpreting basic technical drawings (training provided)
* Strong communication and organisation skills
* Motivated to progress into a Site Supervisor role
Required / Preferred Qualifications
* Degree, diploma, or technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)

* Relevant mechanical experience from M&E, sprinkler, fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, or pipefitting
Certifications:
* SafePass (required)
* Manual Handling (advantage)
* Full driver's licence (required)
