Job Title: Site Support Manager
This is a key role in our organization, responsible for leading a team of specialists at a customer site. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions quickly. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of specialists at a customer site
* Organize daily activities and identify opportunities for improvement
* Assess workload and distribute it among team members
* Make on-site program replenishments and disbursements
* Perform stockroom duties, including receiving, put-away, stock rotation, and cycle counts
* Follow well-defined best practices, SOPs, and work instructions
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work with internal and external customers
* Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent issues and prioritize staff workloads
