Kavanagh Crane Hire Ltd are currently seeking to recruit a full time Office & Accounts Administrator. The role is full time Monday to Friday & based at our headquarters at Craanford, Gorey, Co. Wexford.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Sales invoicing & monthly statement run
* Liaise with customers in relation invoice queries
* Liaise & assist the Sales & Operations teams with customer specific requirements
* Processing customer receipts
* Receiving & routing of inbound calls
* Travel Co-ordinator; sourcing accommodation for drivers.
* Support management & others with general office & ad-hoc administration
Candidate Requirements
* Prior experience essential, on the job training will be given
* Strong attention to detail, & good time management.
* Good communicator & friendly manner, confident & articulate operating within a busy office environment.
