Job Summary
A highly skilled Financial Manager is required to work with a dynamic team, focusing on financial planning and control.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare accurate and timely Management Accounts, providing valuable insights into the company's financial performance.
2. Lead a small finance team, guiding them in their roles and responsibilities to ensure seamless operations.
3. Manage payroll, employee benefits, VAT, and all relevant compliance duties, ensuring adherence to regulations.
4. Oversee operating costs, assisting in the annual budget preparation process, and providing budget updates, profit and loss, and cash flow forecasts.
5. Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as required by senior management.
6. Manage inventory, costings, and stock control data, optimizing efficiency and minimizing waste.
7. Prepare year-end statutory accounts and collaborate with auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance.

9. A qualified accountant with significant post-qualification experience.
10. Proven leadership skills and a strong team player/negotiator.
11. Business system expertise, preferably including SAP Business One.
12. Advanced Excel skills.
