About This Role
Maintain and enhance our food safety and quality management systems, ensuring continued AA certification to globally recognized standards.
1. Manage and update product specifications, quality procedures, and records to ensure full regulatory compliance.
2. Act as a key technical contact for customers and suppliers, providing accurate quality and technical information in response to queries.
3. Lead investigations into customer complaints, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
Oversee supplier quality, including supplier non-conformance reports and maintenance of approved supplier lists.
Support audits, responding to non-conformances and recommendations from customers, standards bodies, and regulatory authorities.
Coordinate product sample analysis, log results, and maintain robust traceability.
Review Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and liaise with suppliers and customers as required.
