Hotel Bar Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Bar Manager to lead our hotel's bar operations, driving exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a high-performing bar team to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Oversight of daily bar operations, including staff scheduling, stock control, and ordering.
* Develop and implement innovative beverage menus and promotions to drive revenue growth.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
* Manage budgets and contribute to achieving financial targets through effective cost control.
* Recruit, train, and develop bar staff to maintain high performance standards.
* Maintain excellent relationships with guests, suppliers, and internal departments.
* Monitor service standards, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a bar management role within a hotel or high-volume hospitality venue.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and bar operations.
* A proven track record of driving sales and achieving profitability goals.
* The ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
* Must be currently residing in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
