Cabra Castle are recruiting for an Accounts Clerk/Book Keeper to join our accounts department. Hours are Negotiable (24 hours), room for flexibility, e.g. 9am-2.30pm / 0r 9am -5pm, 3-4 Days per Week
Reporting directly to the accounts Manager
Main duties are of Accounts clerk / book keeper:
* Processing & management of weekly payroll
* Management of accounts receivable process from invoicing through to debt collection
* Recording & reconciliation of Deposits and Gift Cards
* Reconcile bank statements & resolve any discrepancies
* Maintaining accurate financial records
* Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
Requirements Of Accounts Clerk
* Previous experience using sage 50
* fluent level of written & spoken English
* Permission to work and reside in Ireland
* Ability to reliably commute
* Availability Mon -Friday 20-24 hours per week
