Red D are recruiting a Sales Manager for a beautiful five-star hotel in Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hotel sales professional with the confidence, polish and commercial drive to succeed in a luxury setting.
Youll join a high-performing team, working closely with the Director of Sales to grow group business across events, leisure and corporate markets.
Youll be responsible for handling group enquiries from initial contact to confirmation, building relationships, developing proposals, and collaborating with the wider hotel team to ensure flawless delivery.
Youll also play an important role in maintaining key accounts, identifying new business and helping the property meet and exceed its sales targets.
The role includes: Managing group bookings across events, leisure and corporate segments Proactively identifying, pitching and converting new group business Working closely with the operations and front-of-house teams to ensure delivery Attending site visits, client meetings and familiarisation trips Maintaining sales systems and reporting to track performance Liaising with the wider brand team to manage cross-property referrals Youll need: Experience in hotel sales, ideally within a five-star or luxury hotel A strong understanding of group bookings, event requirements and guest expectations Confidence working with budgets, targets and sales tools Polished communication and presentation skills The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships A positive, proactive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service Whats on offer: This is a full-time Sales Manager position with one of Dublins most beautiful five-star hotels.
