We are currently looking for a Site Administrator based on-Site in Limerick.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative support on-site, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, compliance with safety and documentation standards, and effective communication between site teams and office
Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain new starters inductions, associated paperwork and training/certification documentation.
* Maintain site diaries, daily logs, and attendance records.
* Compile progress reports and maintain office filing system.
* Track deliveries and equipment/plant logs
* Administration of site inspection reports, weekly returns.
* Keep records of toolbox talks, safety briefings and assist with maintaining safety/quality registers.
* Distribute updates, and site notices.
* Order office supplies and manage stock levels.
* Manage timesheets and assist with payroll queries.
* Maintain Site contact lists and emergency information.
Experience:
* On-Site Administration experience / Familiar with construction documentation
* Basic Commercial awareness for handling invoices, purchase orders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong organisation and multitasking skills
