The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting bioreactors, with a strong understanding of upstream bioprocesses. Key responsibilities include:
* Designing and executing experimental design, data analysis and interpretation to resolve complex cell culture deviations using small scale models.
* Leading process improvement and troubleshooting initiatives with an end-to-end product focus.
* Executing and optimizing upstream bioprocesses using bioreactors, including culture setup and monitoring key parameters.
* Providing technical support for investigations, new process introduction or change implementation in commercial manufacturing operations.
* Supporting global regulatory submissions as required.
To excel in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Biological Engineering.
* Hands-on experience operating small-scale bioreactors.
