Lead Process Transformation Specialist
Drive continuous improvement initiatives at a rapidly expanding site, ensuring alignment with established company standards.
1. Collaborate with Business Unit Leadership Teams and functional departments to develop business process standards in line with existing company procedures.
2. Oversee the implementation of lean & six sigma methodologies across the site to shape change programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through employee engagement and empowerment.
* Promote active involvement in process improvements among employees.
* Guarantee that all continuous improvement projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and effectiveness.
Requirements:
* Third-level Degree or equivalent qualification in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
* Certification at Black/Green belt level or relevant Lean/Six Sigma Qualification.
