Job Overview

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for customers and clients, you will be responsible for greeting and liaising with them while handling queries and providing effective solutions.

Key responsibilities include filing and reporting, managing posts and couriers, database management, stock control, and maintaining the reception area.

Requirements
* At least 2 years' experience in a receptionist role within professional services.
