Job Description
* Led a multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality surgical services, focusing on ensuring efficient workflows and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
* Maintained effective communication with staff members to ensure smooth coordination of patient care activities within theatres, general areas, Urology ENT & Oral Max Fax departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* You must be a Registered nurse/midwife with active Nursing Board registration confirming annual renewal. Postgraduate course or relevant educational experience (Desirable).
* A minimum 3 years post-registration experience is required in acute hospital settings over last five years With at least one year being spent within surgical environments. Must have demonstrated clinical managerial administrative skills that can adequately discharge functional responsibilities appropriately Professional accreditation not necessary for this position though preferable as well professional certifications additionally provided could facilitate opportunities during interview selection processes amongst applicants eventually chosen candidates where appropriate Furthermore the following traits considered valuable assets when applying decision-making analytical problem-solving abilities assertiveness adaptability positive attitude self-confidence safety protocols policy adherence etc.
