Cpl Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for a General Practitioner to join their Travel Health client on a locum/on-call basis.
Our client provides comprehensive risk assessments, travel health advice, vaccinations, malaria prophylaxis and other travel-related or occupational health services.
This role will require the successful candidate to be available on a rostered schedule to cover AL/weekends/sick leave, being available remotely for prescribing/advisory purposes.
You will work to ensure high-quality care while utilizing the latest clients software to maintain accurate records and stay updated with current information. Effective communication within the team and ensuring a safe, professional clinical environment are key to success in this role.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* Be registered on the Register of Medical Practitioners maintained by the Medical Council in Ireland.
* Evidence of good standing with no restrictions on practice.
* CCT in General Practice or other relevant specialty.
* Some familiarity with travel medicine practice.
* Display evidence based clinical knowledge in making decisions regarding client care.
* Demonstrate evidence of effective planning and organising skills.
* Demonstrate effective communication skills.
* Eligible to work in Ireland.
