These projects are in various industries, such as construction sectors from residential, commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, retail, hospitality and leisure. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer woh in time can step into the role of Associate Director.
Your new role
This position is designed for individuals who are not only proficient in the electrical design process but also demonstrate the leadership qualities required to guide our projects to success, maintain our high standards, and nurture our culture of innovation. Your role will be pivotal in managing project delivery, fostering team development, and building lasting client relationships on a global scale.
What you will need to succeed
* You will have a degree in Electrical Engineering, ideally with a Master's degree and/or strong project management skills.
* You have six years of experience in Building Services Consultancy Design, including three years in a leadership role overseeing teams,
* Your expertise includes thermal modelling, energy assessments, BIM, and a strategic approach to commercial challenges.
* You have a deep understanding of mechanical design in various systems and comprehensive knowledge of regulatory standards.
* Skilled at managing multiple projects, you are adept at prioritising, planning, and executing with strategic precision.
