Our mission is to address the fact that 50% of primary school kids in Ireland can't kick a football correctly, one school at a time.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Head Football Coach. The Head Football Coach will be responsible for overseeing coaching sessions, developing training programs, and mentoring young football players. Daily tasks include conducting practice sessions, providing individual feedback, and maintaining a positive and educational environment. The Head Football Coach will also collaborate with school staff to integrate the Klaaskickz program into the school curriculum and track student progress.QualificationsFootball Coaching, Coaching, and Training skillsExperience and knowledge of FootballStrong Communication skillsAbility to inspire and mentor young athletesPassion for teaching and developing youth talentPrevious experience in an educational or coaching environment is a plusRelevant certifications in football coaching
