Job Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Food and Beverage Supervisor to spearhead our team's service operations. The ideal candidate will be energetic, customer-focused, and possess exceptional communication skills.
As a key member of the food and beverage team, you will collaborate with the Manager to effectively manage day-to-day operations while ensuring guests have a positive experience.
We work together as a cohesive unit to exceed guest expectations every time. Our goal is to provide superior service standards by offering high-quality products and achieving excellent service standards at all times.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a 4* Hotel working as a Team Leader/Food and Beverage Supervisor. They will also possess excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to motivate the team and lead by example.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Manager in effectively managing the day-to-day operations of service.
* Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding levels of service at all times.
* Take control and responsibility for the hotel's restaurant in the absence of your Manager.
* Carry out training as required.
* Be responsible for day-to-day queries, complaints, and issues that arise in the Bar & Brasserie/Restaurant.
* At least 1 year of experience in a 4* Hotel working as a Team Leader/Food and Beverage Supervisor.
* Excellent Customer Service & Communication Skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a flexible approach to work.
