**Job Opportunity:** Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in the hospitality industry and has strong business acumen.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Owning all corporate & social group enquiries at the hotel, from converting enquiries, managing group bookings from start to finish.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving transient corporate, and groups business by proactively targeting new business opportunities and maximizing revenue streams. They will also work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM) to achieve sales targets and develop strategies to increase profitability.

**Requirements:** The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of previous sales or events operational experience in the hospitality industry. They must possess strong people management skills, commercial awareness, self-motivation, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to multitask using computer systems such as Microsoft Office packages including Excel is essential.
