We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to play a key role in driving business development, managing client relationships, and supporting the wider sales function.
* Manage incoming sales enquiries and engage with prospective clients to understand their needs.
* Develop tailored solutions in collaboration with senior management.
* Prepare and submit pricing proposals and commercial quotations.
* Support business development activities, including identifying new opportunities and contributing to sales presentations.
* Proactively manage the sales pipeline, following up on submissions and open opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and expand the customer base.
* Liaise with suppliers for up-to-date product information and pricing.
* Monitor the progress of active opportunities and prepare regular sales activity reports for senior leadership.
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records within CRM systems.
* Support the commercial team with administration related to customer accounts, agreements, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Bid Management: Develop and manage bids from initial assessment through to submission and post-submission review.
* Clients Engagement: Foster positive working relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure excellent service delivery and satisfaction.
* Sales Operations: Ensure seamless operation of sales processes and procedures, maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
