Job Description: Quality Officer at Divpor Limited T/A Premier Life Sciences
Divpor Limited T/A Premier Life Sciences is seeking 1 Quality Officer to support the Quality and Laboratory Managers in maintaining and developing the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet current and future needs, in line with INAB & ISO 17025 standards.
Main Duties:
1. Maintain equipment records, calibration, and QMS documentation.
2. Manage the archive system as per QMS requirements.
3. Oversee daily quality checks (e.g., temperature, pipette, balance, media, spiked samples), including weekends.
4. Ensure Measurement Uncertainty records are accurate and current.
5. Participate in Proficiency Testing (PT) programmes.
6. Act as Audit Officer for internal audits.
7. Support staff training and maintain induction records.
8. Conduct spot checks to ensure quality compliance.
9. Manage the Environmental Monitoring Programme.
10. Register and approve new suppliers; review critical supply documentation.
11. Oversee media preparation and record-keeping.
Details:
- Location: Carlow
- Salary: €34,000 annually
- Contract: Permanent full-time, 24 months
- Working hours: 40 hours per week
