Regulatory Solicitor Opportunity in Central Dublin We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Solicitor to join our team on a temporary basis. About the Role The successful candidate will play a vital role in dealing with matters including fitness to practise inquiries, defence litigation, judicial review proceedings and commercial contracts. * Manage a caseload of fitness to practise complaints matters * Conduct initial processing and consideration of statutory complaints * Deal with other litigation against the regulatory body, including JR proceedings * Review and analysis of evidence and provision of legal advice relating to same cases
