The Role You will support the delivery and administration of academic programmes and short courses, acting as a key point of contact for both current and prospective students. Working closely with internal teams, lecturers, and academic partners, youll help ensure a smooth and positive experience across the academic cycle. Key Responsibilities Coordinating exams and programme administration Supporting students and responding to queries by phone and email Guiding learners through Level 7, Level 9, and short courses Maintaining accurate student records and supporting course completions Assisting with assessments, learning materials, and academic events About You 23 years experience in a similar administrative or education support role Highly organised with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and customer-focused approach Comfortable managing deadlines and working independently Confident using Microsoft Office; CRM/LMS experience an advantage Why Apply?
