Responsibilities
Ensure all new accounts are processed in line with SLA's, Client Asset regulation, AML regulations and internal procedures.
Review and improve on existing procedures & processes and use this knowledge to improve efficiencies and processes within the area.
Liaise with other departments to minimise risk and ensure all rules & regulations are adhered to.
Work primarily on own initiative, prioritise tasks, and train other team members.
Understand and adhere to the rules of the Irish Stock Exchange, Financial Regulator and EU.
Assist clients with queries related to account opening and regulatory rules.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services.
Experience in reviewing anti-money-laundering documentation.
Strong customer service skills.
Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly MS Word and Excel.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
