Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee our hotel's catering operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and be able to lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
About the Role:
* Supervise and control all catering outlets in the hotel, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and service
* Provide a warm welcome to guests and ensure their stay is memorable
* Roster F&B staff effectively and maintain high levels of personal hygiene and dress standards
* Coaching and training new staff to ensure they reach their full potential
* Maintain effective communication with management and other departments
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising all catering outlets to ensure required standards are met
* Promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
* Managing F&B staff rosters and maintaining high standards of appearance and conduct
* Assisting in coaching and training new staff members
* Fostering good relationships with management and other departments
