Advanced Specialist Pharmacist Oncology/Haematology
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Specialist Pharmacist to lead our clinical pharmacy services in oncology and haematology.
Main Responsibilities:
* Prioritizing patient care and safety.
* Developing and managing pharmaceutical care services across inpatient wards and clinical areas.
* Staying up-to-date with best practice and relevant competency frameworks for clinical pharmacy services.
* Creating, reviewing and implementing medication policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines.
Key Requirements:
* Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland or eligibility for registration.
* At least four years of satisfactory post-registration hospital experience.
* Proven expertise in line management and broad clinical pharmacy practice.
