Change Facilitator Role
This role is pivotal in the successful implementation of digital transformation initiatives.
The Change Facilitator will be responsible for driving engagement and readiness across various business units, fostering an environment that encourages collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and administer change activities to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and technologies.
* Support all change-related activities, from impact assessment to end-user training and business adoption.
* Coordinate stakeholder management efforts to maximise adoption and benefits.
Requirements:
* 3+ years experience in a Change Management role, with a focus on complex transformations.
* Experience working in a global environment, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to track and report issues, define success metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certification in Change Management or Project Management.
* Educated to degree level, with a strong understanding of organisational development.
