Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Spares Coordinator to join our Parts Department. This role will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day running of the Warehouse and Spare Parts department, including managing inventory, dealing with customers, and picking and packing parts.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on position where you will work closely with our existing parts and aftersales team. You will be responsible for:
* Assisting in the receipt, storage, and dispatch of spare parts
* Managing stock levels and conducting inventory checks
* Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of spare parts to customers
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Good mechanical knowledge of Construction Machinery
* Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Excel, and ERP systems
